TEQUILA LAS AMERICAS
Agave Stewardship
Our story begins with the land—a stretch of 1,000 hectares managed by three brothers who’ve dedicated their lives to honoring the agave. For decades, their fields have followed organic practices, free from pesticides and herbicides, ensuring each plant is a product of nature’s unspoiled artistry. Only the finest pinto agaves, matured to perfection, are chosen—marked by a unique purple dot that signals their peak sugar content and readiness to be transformed into liquid gold.

Craftsmanship
This dedication extends to every step of the process. From the mineral-rich waters of a 220-meter-deep well to the open-air fermentation that allows wild yeast to preserve the agave’s natural flavors, Pezuña Blanca is crafted with care and precision. The piñas are slowly cooked for 40 to 45 hours in traditional hornos, unlocking their full sweetness while removing bitterness. They are distilled to perfection in stainless steel stills lined with copper coils.
Volcanic Lands
The volcanic soil of Amatitán imparts a distinctive character to our tequila. Enriched with minerals from ancient eruptions, this terroir weaves complexity into every sip, a story told best by our reposado and añejo varieties. Aged four to six months, the reposado achieves a perfect balance of flavor, while the añejo’s 15 to 18 months of aging create a symphony of aromas and textures, blended to perfection for an unparalleled experience.

Sustainability
Pezuña Blanca is also a testament to sustainability and purity, certified organic by the USDA. Our chill-filtration method ensures clarity and quality that endure, while our practices reflect a commitment to the environment and future generations.
